Regulation of Religious Associations Whose Management and Funding Centres are Located Abroad

The master's thesis examines the problems of legal regulation of the activities of religious associations, the centers of management and financing of which are located abroad. The paper also provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal possibilities of regulatory regulation in this area on the basis of law enforcement and judicial practices on this issue. As part of the systematization and analysis of the successful experience of foreign countries and international organizations in countering religious extremism. The systematic study of this problem is the first in the Russian-language literature. The results of the study can be used in law-making activities in the development and teaching of educational programs in the areas of "Jurisprudence" and "Theology".
