In this paper ways to improve relationships with suppliers in supply chains by solving a key problem - limited resources, were considered. The study showed that there is no systematicity and integrity in theoretical developments, which does not allow entrepreneurs to turn to one source to fully familiarize themselves with the existing supply chain financing instruments and select the optimal one. Most of the market research conducted by consulting companies is aimed specifically at providers of financing, and not at clients. Therefore, it was decided to form our own classification of financing instruments in supply chains and develop an algorithm for choosing the optimal instrument for the possibility of its further application. Thus, the purpose of this scientific work can be formulated as the formation of a practical guide for choosing a chain financing solution to improve relationships with suppliers in supply chains. The object of work is the relationships of counterparties in supply chains. The subject of the work is supply chain financing instruments. Work tasks: 1. Studying the theoretical foundations of supply chain financing as a way to improve relationships in supply chains; 2. Analysis of financing instruments, their varieties and development of a unified classification; 3. Studying the practical principles of implementing supply chain financing instruments; 4. Determination of financial and economic effects for users of supply chain financing instruments and development of an algorithm for choosing the optimal financing instrument; 5. Analysis of the prospects for further development of the supply chain financing market. The content of the work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the problem of limited resources is considered, and tasks 1 and 2 are implemented. In the second chapter, tasks 3 are completed, the features of the use of supply chain financing instruments are studied based on case analysis. In Chapter 3, tasks 4-5 are implemented, which are the scientific novelty of this work. The introduction reflects the main characteristics of the work and reveals the relevance of the chosen topic. In conclusion, the results of the work are summed up and directions for further development of the study are identified.
