Modeling of Thermal Modes of Integrated Semiconductor Circuits

This paper describes the development of a visualization program for simulator Overheat, that computes thermal modes of semiconductor integral circuits. The goal of the work is to improve representativeness of result of this simulator. As a result, there was developed a program, the architecture of which includes a possibility of extending the list of data sources. This project can be in demand for research in the field of physical architectures integral circuits and methods of calculation of thermal distribution of them.
