Legal Issues of Smart Contracts Application in Russia and Foreign States

n this work, the author examines the legal nature of smart contracts as a new and relevant phenomenon in world contractual practice. Smart contracts are beginning to be applied in our country and are already facing the problem of almost complete absence of their legal regulation. The author identifies a number of the most acute specific problems and suggests ways to solve them.
