Master's thesis: Analysis of the Banking Sector Evolutionary Processes on the Example of Megabanks. The relevance of the selected topic is due to the active adaptation of banks to the conditions of globalization and digitalization. The goal of the master's thesis is to analyze the evolutionary processes of megabank education and to prepare recommendations on future development prospects in the modern world. In the first chapter of the master's thesis, we considered the theoretical aspects of evolutionary processes in the banking sector in a globalized world. The second chapter of the master's thesis considered the structure of the world banking market and the review of mergers and acquisitions of banks. The third chapter of the master's thesis was devoted to the prospects for the development of the global banking sector in the conditions of globalization and digitalization.
