Data-driven decision-making is a trend in business management. Actionable insights from data analysis used for challenging existing strategies and predicting of further trends. Optimization and proper data management are vital skills for these purposes. Automatization and switching from variety of small reports to one general which can consider variety of factors and sources in one time affords management team to make decisions in shorter period skipping long stage of processing and merging information in one picture.
