Developing a Project of Creating a New Business Direction

Currently, companies are actively competing for market share and customer loyalty. In order for the company to be able to meet the needs of its customers, it needs to constantly improve its quality, sales channels, production, innovation, etc. The paper reviewed the company JSC "MILCOM" PP Perm refrigerating plant "Constellation", based on the results of the analysis of the external and internal environment of this enterprise, a plan was proposed to create a new business line for the company in order to further develop the company and make a profit. The work proposed actions to expand the company's business, namely the opening of a branded ice cream parlor, with all financial calculations, the calculation of NPV at three interest rates showed that even with the largest rate of 15%, the company will remain in the black, which means this project has a positive effect.
