The relevance of the project, strategic guidelines and connection with the Ufa University Development Program (Priority 2030), the accelerator methodology based on business simulators are substantiated. The processes and results of the project implementation are presented with the justification of the organizational and economic effect and the possibilities of dissemination of the project in the educational policy of the state.
