Development and expansion of the functionality of a telegram bot to automate the organization’s work processes based on 1C

This work is devoted to the development and expansion of the functionality of a telegram bot for automating the work processes of an organization based on 1C for the company Rational Solutions LLC. The object of research in writing the WRC was the process of creating a telegram bot. The subject of the study was the 1C telegram bot implemented for the company Rational Solutions LLC. The work includes an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions on the written chapters, and a final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of telegram bot research and development. The purpose and objectives of the final qualification work are described. The object and subject of the study are determined. In chapter one, the theoretical part of the bot development is proposed. Disclosure of the concepts of "messenger" and "chatbot". In the second chapter, a comparative analysis of development methodologies is carried out. The third chapter shows the process of developing a telegram bot for the customer. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions on the final qualifying work. The results of the bot's development were summarized.
