The final qualifying work consists of the following products. 1. Regional system of higher education of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which identifies the key problem in the form of insufficient supply of medical personnel in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The goal was to prepare recommendations for the customer - North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov" to provide the region with medical personnel. In the course of the study, the following recommendations were proposed, covering organizational, educational, material and technical areas: expanding the activities of the Small Medical Academy by increasing the number of students and opening basic classes; implementation of targeted recruitment for the BRI; creation of a Regional Regional Clinical Center (possibly under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)); allocation of space for the Medical Institute; preparation of teaching staff to increase the capacity of the Medical Institute during the commissioning of the new ULC of the NEFU Medical Institute; formation of additional competencies among students; introduction of a two-degree (specialty) program in residency. 2. Will the Master's degree in Healthcare IT survive in medical school? (case of the Volga Research Medical University). The purpose of the developed case was to assess the prospects for the development of an IT master's degree in a medical university and analyze the reasons for the low demand for this program from applicants. The end result was the development of an expert assessment with the aim of making a management decision on the advisability of the further functioning of the IT master's program. The presented product reflects the perception of the master’s program “Information Systems and Technologies in Healthcare” and the Digital Department by students of the specified master’s program and students of the professional retraining program “IT-medic”, and also focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the programs. In addition, during the development of the case, interviews with program stakeholders were conducted. 3. Admission campaign at Perm State Medical University. This product provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the admissions campaign of Perm State Medical University (PSMU) in order to develop specific proposals for reaching a new level and improving performance. The authors present possible points for solving the problem from the perspective of time intervals. In the medium term, preparing schoolchildren for final exams and fostering their commitment to the medical profession and university within the framework of the Open University project can alleviate the problem. In the relatively short term - attracting graduates of secondary vocational education and implementing a program to prepare them for entrance examinations at the university. In the short term - attracting graduates from other regions. A possible solution to the problem of the CCP’s failure to fulfill the target enrollment is to take advantage of the experience of other universities and collect your own “base” of potential target students, with whom an agreement can be concluded already at the final stage of the admissions campaign. In addition, according to the authors, it is necessary to focus on information support for applicants and live broadcasts, which is shown in detail in the case.
