This research paper explores the concept of "mirroring" anti-suit injunctions in international arbitration. Anti-suit injunctions are court orders that prevent parties from pursuing legal action in a particular jurisdiction. In the context of international arbitration, mirroring anti-suit injunctions refer to the ability of arbitral tribunals to issue similar orders to prevent parties from engaging in parallel litigation. This paper examines the legal basis for mirroring anti-suit injunctions, the practical implications of such orders, and the challenges they may present in the context of international arbitration. By analyzing relevant case law and scholarly literature, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role and impact of mirroring anti-suit injunctions in international arbitration proceedings.
