The Russian space program is considered the main focus of Russian national security during peace and war, especially the information support it provided to all state institutions during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, as that program provided precise monitoring of military and hostile movements, which strengthens the Russian strategic position, in addition to the information support from that program. It presents political goals that are translated into strategic goals and then into operational goals to be implemented at the tactical level. This reflects on the feeling of Russian citizenship and thus mobilizes the Russian people behind their leaders and enhances the sense of belonging.
