Comparative Law and Fundamental Legal Analysis

(Previously the Master’s Programme in Theoretical and Comparative Law)

The programme is designed to train legal specialists for careers in expert, analytical, legislative, managerial, scientific and other activities that require a solid theoretical foundation and practical skills in comparative law.

Within the programme, students explore the regional and institutional aspects of the formation and development of contemporary legal systems—including those of the BRICS and BRICS+ countries—as well as corporate, antitrust, and sports law, while also honing their skills in expert‐analytical, scientific, managerial and legislative work.
