On 1–2 July 2026, a series of expert consultations under the name «Africa Regional Consultation on the Implementation of WSIS+20 Outcomes: Operationalizing WSIS+20 and GDC» took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Leading Expert of the HSE Center for African Studies Nikolay Golovko and Research Assistant Arkady Tsvetkov took part in two consultation sessions within the e-Governance Knowledge Sharing Program.
