1. General management of document support for the Rector's activities at the HSE University Office, including but not limited to:

• Analysing documents and correspondence received by Rector, organising the preparation of draft resolutions and Rector’s instructions for them;
• Monitoring the implementation of Rector's instructions according to the assignments and requests from Russia’s Presidential Executive Office, Government and the Executive Office of the Government;
• Conducting expertise and approval of the documents submitted to Rector:

a) drafts of administrative regulatory documents and local acts;

b) civil law contracts (agreements, public contracts);

c) drafts of decisions and reports;

d) other documents;

• Facilitating the preparation of outgoing letters, orders, and other documents upon the Rector's instructions, reconciling them with HSE officials (if necessary);
• Organising work on protocoling meetings with the Rector and meetings of HSE deliberative bodies conducted by the Rector.

2. Oversight of the HSE University Office's activities in terms of the implementation of tasks and functions by HSE departments related to the document support for the management activities of the Academic Supervisor, President, Vice President, First Vice Rectors, Vice Rectors, Chief of Staff, Senior Directors, Directors, and HSE Academic Council;

3. General management of the Organisation and Control Office’s activities.

4. Organisational and technical support for HSE Supervisory Council.
