1. Organisational and technical support for HSE Supervisory Council.

2. General management of document support for the Rector's activities:

• Analysing documents and correspondence received by Rector, organising the preparation of draft resolutions and Rector’s instructions for them;
• Conducting expertise and approval of the documents submitted to Rector:

a) drafts of administrative regulatory documents and local acts;

b) civil law contracts (agreements, public contracts);

c) drafts of decisions and reports;

d) other documents.

3. Oversight of the HSE University Office's activities in terms of the implementation of tasks and functions by HSE departments related to the document support for the management activities of the Academic Supervisor, President, First Vice Rectors, Vice Rectors, Senior Directors, Directors, and HSE Academic Council.

4. General management of the Support Centre for Collective Governance Bodies of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
