Responsibilities
- Oversees the operation of the Scientific and Technical Information Repository at HSE University;
- organizes and coordinates collaboration among Centre staff, as well as interaction with research, administrative, management, and other departments of HSE University and with external organizations on matters related to the Centre's activities; conducts relevant business correspondence;
- participates in describing and analysing the Centre's business processes;
- contributes to the development of technical specifications and business/functional requirements for the Centre's projects;
- ensures the preparation of documentation for the registration of intellectual property created within the Centre's projects;
- extracts, prepares, and analyses data from various sources to support the Centre's projects;
- ensures the preparation of analytical materials and reports on the Centre's activities and the outcomes of its analytical work;
- supervises student project work carried out within the Centre's projects as part of the HSE Project Fair;
- organizes and conducts methodological and training seminars, including sessions on the use of databases;
- provides information support for the Centre's activities, including maintaining and updating the Centre's webpage, individual staff profile pages, and other relevant pages on the HSE University portal;
- performs other duties as assigned by the Head of the Centre.
