interaction with students, including foreign ones, entering their data into corporate information systems "Entrant. Student. Graduate student. Graduate" (ASAV), a financial system for accounting for IS-PRO contracts and other information systems;
documenting the movement of students (orders, notifications, student cards, certificates);
maintaining personal files of students and an archive of documents in paper form and using corporate information systems;
preparation of draft orders for students in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS);
preparation and modification of individual curricula (IUP) of students;
calculation of the student rating (current, cumulative);
interaction with external organizations (on requests from military enlistment offices, med. institutions, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation);
informing students through Learning Management System (LMS), website, email;
preparation of statements for teachers and their accounting;
informational support in solving social issues of students, in terms of the appointment of social scholarships, payments of financial assistance, registration of benefits, medical examination;
interaction with other structural units on issues of ensuring the educational process, within the framework of official powers;
control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations between the educational organization and students studying locally with the payment of tuition fees on a contractual basis;
preparation of certificates for calculating the cost of the contract, refund for the provision of educational services; execution of contracts and orders; notification of payment, changes in the cost and terms of the training contract, organization of deductions.
