Visiting fellowships
August 2011-May 2012 - Fulbright visiting scholar, University of Southern California (USA), Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, department "Strategic PR". During the internship she has learnt American universities’ policy regarding curriculum and syllabus construction for Strategic Public Relations, innovative approaches of assessment knowledge, ways of using multimedia tools and new media in higher education, pedagogic approaches and methodology of teaching a range of disciplines in PR, communication and journalism areas. Nelli has participated in lots of discussions and conferences hold at USC, attended lectures of distinguished professors at Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism (USC).

The Lecturers of the School of Integrated Communications took part in the annual National Communication Association.
Instructors from School of Integrated Communications Participate in NCA Conference
On November 20-23, the National Communication Association (NCA) organized its 100th conference in Chicago. Sergey Zverev, Oleg Kashirskikh, and Nelli Bachurina, all instructors in HSE’s School of Integrated Communications, presented papers at the conference and took part in a panel discussion as well.
