Best Teachers of HSE University 2026

‍Voting for HSE University's Best Teachers 2026 Is Now Over

During the elections, students cast their votes online in the ‘Course Evaluation’ LMS module immediately after completing the student evaluation of teaching. Each student could nominate up to four teachers.

HSE alumni also voted. Graduates could name three teachers whose work and assistance were most memorable throughout their studies at HSE as part of the annual Alumni Monitoring (a link to which was sent to everyone who graduated from the university in 2025 and did not continue their education further), as well as in a separate survey of those PhD students who graduated from master's programmes in 2025. The results of the alumni survey were also considered when totalling the results.

Another category of winners is Best Academic Supervisors, who have earned this status through the success of their students in the 2025 Student Research Paper Competition. The academic supervisors of any students who took first to third place in the competition are also named Best Teachers.
