Dmitry S. Lavrinovich has been at HSE University since 2024.

Responsibilities

Working with documents of students in need (orphans, students with disabilities, students from multi-child families, students with children under 18 years of age, students whose parents are retired or have disabilities, students with only one parent, students who were exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, war and combat veterans):
- Receiving documents required for financial support application, checking the document set completeness;
- Maintaining database records and keeping a record of submitted applications;
- Compiling lists of students for further consideration by the Faculty of Social Sciences Commission;
- Preparing financial support orders.
Working with documents of students in need (due to childbirth, death of a parent, orphanage, loss of personal property, disabilities, difficult financial situation):
- Receiving documents required for financial support application, checking the document set completeness;
- Maintaining database records and keeping a record of submitted applications;
- Compiling lists of students for further consideration by the Faculty of Social Sciences Commission;
- Compiling lists of students for further consideration by the HSE’s Commission on Student Affairs;
- Preparing financial aid orders.
Assisting students with obtaining winter and summer vacation trip vouchers;
Working with the Presidential grant applicants and recipients:
- Assisting students with drawing up contracts;
- Maintaining database records and keeping a record of the Presidential grant recipients;
- Communicating with HSE's subdivisions responsible for the students' adherence to the contractual obligations.
