Mandatory Flu Vaccination for HSE University Staff

Important information

© Daniil Prokofyev/HSE University

All HSE University staff members have to be vaccinated against flu by November 1, 2021.

HSE University Rector Nikita Anisimov has signed a directive to that effect in compliance with the federal legislation.

You can get a free flu shot on campus or get vaccinated in a clinic of your choice.

Starting September 13, free flu shots (Sovigripp or Ultrix vaccines - subject to availability) are administered at HSE University Pokrovka building.

Free flu shots are available for all HSE University staff, students over 18 years old, and their relatives .

Register online and bring your passport and consent form (the form is available online when you register). The vaccination is administered at 11 Pokrovsky Boulevard, in Rooms 107 and 109 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm. There is a break from 1 pm to 1.30 pm

If you are unable to get vaccinated for medical reasons or because you have to get a covid shot or a booster, you will need to get a medical exemption certificate from your physician.

You will need to upload a scan of your vaccination or medical exemption certificate to your personal account in MyHSE.Services (SmartPoint).
