The team behind the ECO HSE project (part of the 2022 Professional Development Programme for Administrative Staff), with support from Green HSE, the Office of Staff and Student Benefits, and the university’s catering operators, previously launched a campaign aimed at reducing the use of single-use products.
In 2023, several food outlets at HSE University joined the movement. This year, the list of participants supporting the initiative has expanded. Customers of certain university cafes and cafeterias can use their own reusable containers when ordering drinks. Several outlets even offer such customers a 5% discount on their chosen drink. Look out for posters with more information in participating cafeterias.
