- Coordination of PhD students' educational process (schedule, instruction, assessments, approval of scientific supervisors, approval of dissertation research topics, preparation for pre-defense, enrollment/reinstatement/discontinuation of studies);

Control over the itimely submission of all documants by PhD students (assessment sheets, Individual study plans, etc.);

- Maintenance of an electronic database on PhD students and the electronic document management system;

- Interaction with the Avademic Director of the Graduate School and faculty members regarding organization of entrance exams, candidacy examinations, issues related to training of graduate students including foreign ones;

- Coordination of documentation flow;

- Work with graduate school education programs;

- Maintenance of the Graduate School website;

- Consultations on admission and study in the PhD program.
