Inventory management system improvement through the example of raw materials:flour,soda,salt

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>The aim of this work is to develop an inventory management system for each main raw materials of the enterprise.</p><p>The main methods, in order to achieve the goal, will be the analysis of the main indicators the status stocks of raw materials in the enterprise: turnover ratio, time and rate of turnover of stock, a comparative analysis of arrival and expenditure of raw materials, residues and demand for raw materials, express- analysis of documentation, simulation of basic inventory management systems for each raw component.</p><p>Object of study in this paper will be the company&#39;s activity in the area of inventory management.</p><p>The subject of the study will be a set of methods and tools for inventory management in the enterprise.</p><p>This work consists of three parts. The first part includes the basic theoretical propositions associated connected with inventory management in the enterprise: a description of the basic inventory management systems, the role of inventories in the organization, the formula for calculating the indicators of the state of stocks.</p><p>The second chapter will describe the research object - the activity of enterprise in the field of inventory management, the dynamics of needs in raw materials, the analysis of the status of stocks of the enterprise: to calculate the main indicators of stocks, such as, turnover, average inventory turnover time stocks , and sets out the main conclusions from this analysis.</p><p>In the final part will be simulated behavior of the basic inventory management systems for each raw component and choose the most effective of them, taking into account the features of supply. Furthermore, in the last part will be a calculation of the economic effect of the proposed use of the enterprise management systems .</p>
