<p>This Diploma work consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusion. Each chapter consists of several sections. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical aspects:&nbsp; innovation, innovation process and innovation project. The second chapter means methodological foundations of innovative product launch into the market &ndash; features of innovative services market, innovative marketing and innovative product launching strategies. The third chapter is a practical part. It describes the development of recommendations for innovative product launching into the market in a project &quot;Development of methods and a laboratory to identify drugs and narcotic substances in biological fluids &quot;. To develop recommendations the &quot; Marketing Mix 7P&raquo; and &quot; Porter&#39;s 5 Forces Analysis&quot; were used. Analysis of the &quot;Marketing Mix 7P&raquo; allowed to determine and analyze the essence of innovative services researched project &quot;Development of methods and a laboratory to determine the drug and narcotic substances in biological fluids ,&quot; consumer attitudes to the service, the main consumers , processes services , ways and places for promotion these services into the. &quot;Analysis of Porter&#39;s 5 Forces &quot; helped to assess threats of the market suppliers, customers and competitors, and threats of new competitors and substitute products.</p>
