Analysis of Distance Selling Organization on the Internet: Technical and Legal Aspects

<p>The paper &laquo;Analysis of Distance Selling Organization on the Internet: Technical and Legal Aspects&raquo; was studied to investigate the technical and legal sides of e-commerce, to identify problems in this area and to make some practical recommendations.</p><p>For gaining of this purposes were set the following tasks: definition of the concept of e-commerce and its tasks as a separate form of trade, assignment of the systems and forms of electronic commerce , the study of existing legal documents , deficiencies of legal regulation , the study of the technical aspects of e-commerce , the identification of gaps in technical issues and , finally , formulation of recommendations .</p><p>The main objective (analysis) was achieved using the set of tasks. The study was divided into relevant chapters , and each chapter ends with a consideration of the problems and recommendations in the area discussed in the chapter.</p><p>The main difficulties in the development of e-commerce are irresponsible and frivolous attitude of its creators to it, paying attention to more Internet technologies than commerce. It was determined that the legal framework for electronic commerce is fragmented , inconsistent and requires modification . As for the technical aspects, the most prospective direction is the development of cloud technologies, providing all necessary services for e-commerce .</p>
