<p><strong>Topic:</strong> Models and methods for assessing the operational risk of commercial banks.</p><p><strong>Key words:</strong> commercial Bank, operational risk, operational risk management.</p><p><strong>Object of research:</strong> commercial Bank LLC &quot;home Credit and Finance Bank&quot;.</p><p><strong>Subject of research</strong>: the mechanism of operational risk management in a commercial Bank.</p><p><strong>Objective:</strong> to review all available methods of operational risk management in a commercial Bank and to develop proposals for improvement of this management system.</p>
