In the context of globalization requires new approaches, which contains not only the strategies that ensure the effectiveness of the company's activity, but also strategies to develop creative, controversial and risky approaches to the activity of the company as a new resource for its development. In today's dynamic environment leaders, in order to achieve these goals, it is necessary to constantly make organizational changes. That is why the theme of transformation of the company on the basis of leadership is now urgent. 23 years after the change of economic and political structure of the country, the efficiency of the majority of Russian industrial enterprises remains low. However, the existing experience of introduction of Japanese TPS or American LEAN Management in Russian enterprises shows that, first, the "revolutionary way" is not appropriate, as even constructive ideas will cause fierce resistance. Secondly, in the majority, adopted the experience of foreign companies without the analysis and understanding what and why is done, the result is a complete lack of understanding of the necessity of these changes and the project is losing support and perspectives for further development.The aim of the study is to develop proposals for improving the technology “Converting company based on leadership" to use consulting companies.Objectives of the work are as follows:1. To identify existing approaches and emerging issues for the management of organizational change2. To determine the urgency of adaptation management technologies in the Russian specifics3. To describe and analyze the technology “Converting company based on leadership" on examples of JSC "Cryogenmash" and state unitary enterprise "Moscow Metropolitan" on the availability of opportunities for improving the technology and process of its adaptation.4. To develop a package of recommendations for improving the technology “Converting company based on leadership" and the process of its adaptation.Object of research is the technology “Converting company based on leadership".The subject of research is the possibility of adaptation of the technology, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise.Scientific novelty of the work consists in improvement of technology “Converting company based on leadership" and the process of its adaptation in accordance with the specifics of the enterprise.Technology “Converting company based on leadership" can be used for two purposes: the development of a management model or improving an existing one. In this paper we obtain confirmation that this technology successfully at the enterprises of average business.During the execution of the thesis goal was achieved. Proposals have been developed to improve the technology “Converting company based on leadership" to use consulting companies.Work tasks are executed in full. Identified existing approaches and emerging issues for the management of organizational change, the urgency of adaptation management technologies in the Russian specifics. Describes and analyzes technology "“Converting company based on leadership"" by the example of JSC "Cryogenmash" and state unitary enterprise "Moscow Metropolitan" on the availability of opportunities for improving the technology and process of its adaptation. Was developed a set of recommendations for improving the technology “Converting company based on leadership" and the process of its adaptation.Some of the proposed recommendations have already been introduced in technology and is being tested in large business enterprises. These data will form the basis for further scientific work.
