The tittle: The examination of 20 Keys program’s effectiveness at b2b market of Nizhniy Novgorod region illustrated by the experience of the company “PROMIS”The overall goal of the study is to assess 20 Keys program’s effectiveness for the period 2012-2013 in “PROMIS” at Nizhny Novgorod b2b market. Within this broad purpose the following issues will be addressed:•How does the implementation of 20 Keys program increase the profitability of the firm?•What is the real progress of 20 Keys program’s implementation in the company operating process?•What is the influence of specific market features on this purpose? What are the barriers for the development of successful business model’s implementation? How it is possible to extent the existing model to make it more relevant and viable?In the framework of the study, the governing principles in the analysis are concentrated on effectiveness of 20 Keys program at Nizhny Novgorod b2b market. Considering the novelty of the study, it is significant to mention that neither in Russia, nor in Nizhny Novgorod there are many companies obtained the advantages of this new integrated program. In this case the approach still has not been advocated by scientists or researchers, especially in Nizhny Novgorod region. Moreover the research will contribute to the development of theoretical works concerning benchmarking methods of Operations Improvement Management. Then, the project will be of primary significance to managers and organizational development managers, who can use the findings for better understanding of the process of 20 Keys program’s implementation and to eliminate the identified weak points.The theoretical review starts off with the explanation of its key concepts. The theoretical part of the research attempts to present comparative table of reliable existing benchmarking models by means of literature in-depth analysis. This section observes such business models as lean production, benchmarking, business process reengineering, franchising, and 20 Keys program on identified criteria.Methodology. The investigation is limited to: 1. Informal conversational interview with experts. Interviews are held with Operations Improvement Managers as illustrators of 20 Keys program successful implementation at the Nizhny Novgorod manufacturing company "PROMIS". Experts provide a broad informational review to their direct participation in the practical program 2. Observation research. In capacity of this method, observation research is used to reveal the real progress visibility that meets the requirements. It also serves the purpose of the positive correlation between expert commentaries on research and practical achievements. 3. Data analysis. 4. Questionnaire «Q12» to measure workers organizational commitment at company «PROMIS»Results: •Comparative analysis of reliable existing benchmarking models posed in the 20 Keys program’s development, based on identified criteria •20 Keys program’s effectiveness assessment for the period 2012-2013 at “PROMIS” by means a process analysis of every key implementation, departments performance’s analysis, the survey, which determines workers organizational commitment at company «PROMIS».The results are reported accurately and objectively. Some complex data is presented in tables, the text is integrated with figures, contrasted with the indicators, reflected particular characteristics of industries' activity, graphs and diagrams. All other results are reported in the narrative text.
