HR technologies in public administration in Russia and the UK: comparative analysis

<p>The role of human resource management in public administration becomes more increasingly important in modern world. Because human resources have a great impact on effectiveness of organisations.&nbsp;</p><p>Many experts belive that it is neccesary borrow other countries practices, especially UK when goverment develop legal acts and methological recommendations for improving human resource management system.</p><p>Hence, the main aim of this thesis is to consider HRM systems in Russia and the UK, compare the conditions of HRM systems operationg and find the HR technologies, that could be successfully implemented in Russian public administration system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
