<p>&nbsp;</p><p>This paper is devoted of innovative entrepreneurship. First need to state the purpose of this work. It is reduced to studying of innovation entrepreneurship, innovation policy of consideration both the Russian Federation and world wide and also examine development of innovative business. Subject and object of study in this work performs innovative entrepreneurship and the measures taken by the state for development of this sector.</p><p>Since the innovation is essentially means by itself development and innovation at this stage of rapid development of society this topic is very relevant. The study of innovation policies can understand what mistakes were made and what is worth the efforts for a more fruitful and rapidly developing business innovation and innovation policy.</p><p>For Russia, the most characterized by the following methods supporting innovative entrepreneurship :</p><p>&nbsp;1. Methods of direct impact :</p><p>1.1. Direct funding of R &amp; D and innovation projects from the budget. Public spending and subsidies may be granted state and private sectors for innovation or to provide innovative multi- component nature of the investment . In order to diversify the state of innovation investments can create holding companies.</p><p>1.2. Create contests on budgetary allocations .</p><p>1.3. Formation of the state of innovation infrastructure.</p><p>1.4. State examination of innovative projects.</p><p>1.5. Moral support measures ( state awards ) .</p><p>1.6. Preparation of innovative personnel and formation social stratum managers on innovative projects .</p><p>2 . Indirect methods of public support for innovation :</p><p>2.1. Tax benefits - realized by reducing the tax base , reducing tax rates. Tax exemptions for transactions related to trade scientific and technical products . Tax breaks on property related to supporting the economic actors involved in the research and production cycle.</p><p>Tehnopraks have not yet managed to show themselves in the mind that are still under construction. But laid plans and official documents of their value is very high. It can be concluded that the government imposes serious expectations for industrial parks. A science city with much worse. And first of all in connection with the problems of a political nature. Although their future is unknown, but, nevertheless, is enshrined in the relevant documents. Due to the fact that the economic situation does not represent a stable framework that prevents the rapid development of business innovation, but nevertheless the state is attempting to maintain existing businesses to create new ones. Measures taken by the government, have not yielded any fruit colossal , but in small proportions are very effective . As described above, in the development of innovative Russian percentage was 8 % and progressively increases. This suggests trying to raise innovative business to a higher level.</p>
