Job satisfaction of employees of HoReCa sector enterprises (the case of group of companies "PIR")

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>The current paper is aimed to study job satisfaction of employees of HoReCa&nbsp; sector enterprises on example of&nbsp; group of companies &quot;PIR &quot;</p><p>&nbsp;On the stage of literature review was adduced: considering of definitions of employee&rsquo;s job satisfaction, analyzing of recent studies, determination of links between motives of professional activity of workers and employee&rsquo;s job satisfaction, designating of features of job satisfaction of employees of HoReCa&nbsp; sector enterprises.</p><p>On the stage of practical studying of job satisfaction of employees of HoReCa sector enterprises empirical research of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo; was conducted. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>The object of the research:</strong> job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;</p><p><strong>The subject of the research:</strong> features of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;</p><p><strong>Purpose of the research:</strong> to study features of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;.</p><p><strong>Tasks of the study</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ol><li>&nbsp;To analyze nonfiction on the topic of research</li><li>&nbsp;To develop a research program of employees&rsquo; job satisfaction of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot;</li><li>&nbsp;To conduct study of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot;</li><li>&nbsp;To process the results of research of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;</li><li>&nbsp;To provide results with an recommendation to management of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;</li></ol><p><strong>The empirical base of research:</strong> Employees of 14 restaurants of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo; of the city of Nizhny Novgorod are&nbsp; participated in this study. In general, 353 people were interviewed.</p><p><strong>Methodology</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>Theoretical tasks of studying was solved through analysis and generalization of literature on issues of job satisfaction of employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Empirical research was implemented by questionnaire method that based on an author&#39;s inquirer (Appendix 1).</p><p>Mathematical treatment of results was proceeded by methods of descriptive statistics using programs: IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and Microsoft Excel.</p><p>The following findings was obtained during research of job satisfaction of employees of group of companies &ldquo;PIR&rdquo;:</p><ul><li>Employees of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot; demonstrate low satisfaction with wages, professional development and social benefits.</li><li>There is an average satisfaction with leadership, team, process and content, working conditions among hall staff and executives of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot;.</li><li>Job satisfaction of kitchen staff less than job satisfaction of hall staff &nbsp;and executives of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot;.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Based on these results recommendations to senior management group of companies &quot;PIR&quot; were compiled. To leaders of group of companies &quot;PIR&quot; was proposed to eliminate dissatisfaction on certain aspects of work - salaries, professional development, social package - through changes of the existing organization policy. To maintain job satisfaction to management group of companies &quot;PIR&quot; was recommended to pay attention to the development of relations in the team, maintaining stability, supporting workers.</p>
