<div>Final qualification work is devoted to legal regulation of the consumer credits in the Russian Federation. &nbsp;Development of the economic relations promoted increase in number of the services provided by the credit organizations in the sphere of consumer crediting.&nbsp;</div><div>In work decrease questions are considered at consumer crediting: information disproportion, contractual disproportion, procedural disproportion.</div><div>In work foreign experience is widely presented, the Russian jurisprudence is reflected, the Federal law &quot;About the consumer credit (loan), coming into force is used from 01.07.2014.</div><div>The research objective consists in the analysis of legal regulation of the relations in the sphere of consumer crediting in the light of the current legislation.</div>
