Object of research - motivational , social and emotional aspects of employment of employees of JSC " Sibur- Petrochem ." The subject of this study are gender differences in motivational , social and emotional aspects of employment of employees of JSC " Sibur- Petrochem ." Purpose of the thesis - to identify differences in motivational , social and emotional aspects of employment for men and women , on the basis of the analysis to develop recommendations for improving the quality of management of labor motivation of employees "Sibur - Petrochem ." Objectives of the study are determined by the intended purpose and are as follows :1. Analyze features of gender perspectives in psychology: identify differences in personal characteristics of men and women , the differences in their social behavior , to identify the features of gender relations between men and women .2. Consider gender-specific motivational sphere .3. Analyze the process of motivation of employees in "Sibur - Neftehim " and determine whether there are gender differences in motivational ( dominant theme ), social ( social roles in the group) and emotional ( job satisfaction ) aspects of the employment of employees of JSC " Sibur- Petrochem . "4. Develop recommendations for the company to improve the efficiency of labor motivation of male employees and female employees . Methods:• Theoretical review of the literature on researchEmpirical study using the following techniques :• Methodology " Job Satisfaction " VA Rozanov• Methodology Richie S. and P. Martin• Questionnaire " Social roles in the group ," Orlov AVThe target audience of this study will include employees at the enterprise “Sibur- Neftechim”. 40 people, 20 women and 20 men respectively will be invited to participate in the study.The author has developed recommendations to improve the motivation of employees:1. Management of "Sibur-Neftechim," and particularly the Department of Human Resources, should pay attention to gender differences in motivation. 2.It is necessary to pay attention to women’s group to improve coordination of employees, increase coherence staff to. Also you may need to conduct trainings aimed at cohesion and teambuilding within specific groups. 3. It is important to pay attention to the creation of a favorable psychological climate within departments; strengthen ties and trusting relationship between the leader and his subordinates. 4.In order to increase job satisfaction, before the men should not put more challenging and interesting task to achieve, they will aspire to new heights.5.Conducting survey aimed at identifying the level of motivation, motivating factors, separately for men and women in the entire enterprise, and on the basis of which it will be possible to form a comprehensive and effective program for each employee motivation "Sibur-Petrochem." Thus, modern companies should pay special attention to the methods of motivating employees male and female staff, as it affects the productivity of the entire company.The work consists of 54 pages, introduction, 3 chapters, 15 paragraphs, conclusion, bibliography and 3 appendices, contains 3 tables, 42 references.
