Job satisfaction

<p style="text-align: justify;">The paper considers the theoretical and practical aspects of employees&rsquo; motivation at their level of job satisfaction; a comparative analysis of social policy in the private and the public sectors and the analysis of job satisfaction in the world are carried out; factors that influence the choice of the person&#39;s workplace are identified. The main goal of this paper is to determine what factors influence job satisfaction by studying social policy and offered fringe benefits, &nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The research is based on the Russian longitudinal monitoring survey &ndash; Higher School of Economics (RLMS-HSE) for the years 2002&ndash;20012.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The main results indicate differences in job satisfaction in the world. Switzerland, Mexico, Ireland, the Dominican Republic and the Philippine are the most attractive countries for work. Russia takes the second lowest place from 33 countries. Such factors as job security, interesting job and high income are the most important factors for people in the world, when they choose their workplace. Factors as rate of the salary, job security and conditions of work are the most relevant factors for the employees in Russia. Considering the possibilities to find a similar job to the one you have now, it was found, that it is easier to find job in the Dominican Republic, the USA and Ireland; in Japan, the Philippine, Mexico and Taiwan &ndash; is harder to find the same work.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Moreover, positive trend of job satisfaction in Russia from 2002 to 2012 is confirmed in the paper.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Comparing the social policy of the enterprise, it was detected that many companies for the motivation their employees create such conditions of work, which could attract new employees and motivate employees, who worked there, and at the same time would not allow thinking people about changing the place of work.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In the paper the factors that influence job satisfaction in 2007 and 2009 are determined. In conclusion recommendations to improve motivation of employees in the Russian enterprises are given.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Final qualifying work consists of 79 pages, 5 figures, 7 tables, 2 formula, 41 sources of references. The report consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography and 6 applications.</p>
