Development Factors of Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure: Cross-Country Analysis

<p>Currently there are a large number of papers on the topic of public-private partnership. However, empirical studies based on analysis of a large number of observations are rare.</p><p>In this paper were identified the main reasons for the use of infrastructure projects implemented on a public-private partnership basis (PPP) in Russia, the peculiarities and differences from similar projects in other countries, as well as on the basis of data from the World Bank were identified the main factors that contribute to the development of infrastructure public-private partnerships in developing countries.</p>
