Impact of information kiosks Gorod on the activity of Moscow’s hotels

<p>In my term paper I study the problem of the influence of innovative products on the companies in the tourism industry in Moscow. &nbsp;I deemed the strategy of implementing interactive information kiosks that act as a concierge service in Moscow&rsquo; hotels. Main purpose of my paper is to determine whether there are any differences in the performance of hotels before and after the use of information kiosks Gorod.</p><p>Hypothesis of the study suggests that industry of hospitality requires the introduction of innovations especially because of high level of competition in this market. &nbsp;Me hypothesis is assumed that the interactive information terminals have a positive impact on the activity of the hotels in Moscow. The main hypothesis was confirmed. I also have several subsidiary hypotheses:</p><p>H1: Interactive information kiosks in Moscow hotels can reduce the time that staff spend on communicating with guests - confirmed;</p><p>H2: The hotels that use terminals Gorod, increases the level of use services of the hotel - partially confirmed;</p><p>H3:&nbsp; Information terminals Gorod can reduce costs at the preparation of promotional materials, which allow guests to inform about current events in hotel - not confirmed.</p><p>The results presented in the paper can also be used by other organizations engaged in the hospitality industry and innovation and also can be used for further research. This study will be provided to the management of company Gorod and to all the hotels participating in the study.</p>
