The Internet is an area where companies have the opportunity to do business. One of them is the online-shop. Online shopping is an act of purchasing products and services over the Internet. They make it possible without imposing capital investment to increase the number of customers, offering them the possibility of remote ordering and delivery of the goods in the place of demand.</p><p align="left">In this paper considered the process of designing the online store to increase the profits of the сompany, expand its customer base and business boundaries.</p><p align="left">For this purpose, the following tasks were solved:</p><p align="left">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The necessary literature relating this topic, including foreign, was analyzed.</p><p align="left">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Various methods of creating the online store were studied, criteria &nbsp;were defined and comparison of these methods was performed.</p><p align="left">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stages of designing the online store have been described.</p><p align="left">&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Online shop was designed and economic evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed methods is given.</p><p>In this paper, the principles and features of the online store have been considered; the analysis of development tools to create the online store was conducted. In order to obtain information about the target audience, the most popular products that are bought over the Internet, as well as to identify the main factors that buyers pay attention to marketing research was conducted.</p><p>Based on these results, the main business processes that take place within the organization have been modeled. Then, a database that contains information about customers, suppliers and product was designed. Next the design layout of the online store was modeled. In the final stage of the research work a business plan and technical task for developing the online store were created.</p><p>Designed system will significantly reduce time for search of the products, its order and payment. Also, for managers, time of the processing orders and delivery will reduce significantly.
