changing factors of competitive forces, marked out the strengths and weaknesses competitive positions of credit organizations at the banking market, key peculiarities of the strategy forming at the retail services market.</p><p style="margin-left:70.9pt;">The 3<sup>rd</sup> chapter is devoted to micro and macromedia of VTB 24, the strategies of this organization during 2010-2013&nbsp; time period, possible ways of adaptation during the 2014-2016 recession time period, and applications of new models for the realization of the accepted strategy.</p><p style="margin-left:70.9pt;">The conclusion has the findings and results.</p><p style="margin-left:70.9pt;">Main results achieved in this work:</p><p style="margin-left:70.9pt;">An estimate given for the recession influence on the developing banking market.</p><p style="margin-left:70.9pt;">The leaders of main banking directions used in developing strategies&nbsp;&nbsp;
