Topic of final qualifying work: «Business strategy adaptation of credit organizations during the recession time at the retail market».The graduate work consists of 80 pages with 13 diagrams and 10 lists. 29 recourses were used during it’s writing.Keywords: Russian banking market, the strategy of VTB 24, promotion services, Russian banks, the new models, improved quality of services, competitors. Object: analyze estimation and offers for activity’s strategy adaptation in retail market segment during the recession time period. The subject of the research is reflected in the development strategy of VTB 24 (JSC) the specifics of the current situation in the sector and the adjustment of the strategy during the period of recession.Research methods: economic-strategic analyze, methods for the synthesis and analysis of economic data, as well as methods of strategic analysis was used. Tasks:– Determine the plot of the strategy– Determine the main methods of strategy’s forming– Analyze Russian baking sector– Mark out main models for strategy compilation– Give an analysis of economic indicators for Russian banking sector as the basis for choosing the banking organizations developing strategy.– Discover the leaders in the Russian retail market on the basis directions– Give a organizational-economic characteristics VTB 24– Analyze and estimate VTB 24 developing strategy– Analyze VTB 24 strategy at the 2014-2016 time period against a background of continuing recession– Analyze VTB 24micro and macromedia– Analyze and estimate existing by nowadays strategy business realization at the retail segment of VTB 24The structure of the work: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, list of used literature and annexes.The 1st chapter is devoted to theoretical questions: forming the basis of the strategy, main methods and directions of the strategy and also the main models of the strategy.The 2nd chapter consists of analysis of banking market on the territory of Russian Federation, formed key peculiarities of the market, competitive advantage of Russian banks, analysis of Porter’s 5 forces, discovering the leaders of Russian retail market, determining the changing factors of competitive forces, marked out the strengths and weaknesses competitive positions of credit organizations at the banking market, key peculiarities of the strategy forming at the retail services market.The 3rd chapter is devoted to micro and macromedia of VTB 24, the strategies of this organization during 2010-2013 time period, possible ways of adaptation during the 2014-2016 recession time period, and applications of new models for the realization of the accepted strategy.The conclusion has the findings and results.Main results achieved in this work:An estimate given for the recession influence on the developing banking market.The leaders of main banking directions used in developing strategies are discovered/.An organization characteristic is given for VTB 24.An analysis of micro and macromedia is given for VTB 24.The key differences of VTB 24 strategy for 2014-2016 are given in comparing with previous strategies.During the writing of the graduate work the next information resources were used: special literature, standard acts of the Bank of Russia, internet resources, periodicals, the official stuff of VTB 24 web site. The practical value of the work is the ability to use the data for further analysis and adaptation of business strategy VTB 24 (JSC), as well as the ability to appreciate the differences Strategy 2010-2013. and in 2013-2014. to correct ways and methods of adaptation strategies for possible future recession.
