The development and implementation of an innovative navigation service on the example of the navigator “Hrgoes!”

<p>The market of mobile applications is one of the most exciting and profitable market in the world. According to research by the international consulting company &laquo;J&#39;son &amp; Partners Consulting&raquo;, at the end of 2013 volume of the global mobile applications market amounted to 16.3 billion dollars in the year 2016, its volume will be increased to 65.8 billion dollars. The volume of mobile applications market in Russia in 2013 amounted to 8 billion in 2016, according to forecasts, it will reach 38 billion rubles. Presented data shows that this market is growing rapidly: more and more new IT-companies try to occupy a niche. But this presents certain difficulties in connection with the youth market - its insufficient knowledge and uniqueness.</p><p>Object of research of this thesis is the mobile application development project, as an example of innovative navigation service &quot;Hrgoes!&quot;. The aim of this work is to develop recommendations for project management in the field of mobile application development, and their use as an example the development of innovative navigation service &quot;Hrgoes!&quot;.</p><p>To achieve it, the market for mobile applications was analyzed, existing methodological basis for the development and management of innovative projects in the field of IT-technologies were investigated. As well as practical recommendations on the use of data and methodologies applied to the design and development of innovative navigation service &quot;Hrgoes!&quot;.</p><p>As a result, we calculated the main economic indicators to research economic efficiency of the navigator &laquo;Hrgoes!&raquo; - Project is recognized as a cost-effective according to the criteria of economic efficiency: NPV&gt; 0, IRR is more than the discount rate, discounted payback period within the period under review. Also, according to the analysis by the method of scenarios when deviation of&nbsp; the significant factors was within 15%, the project stays cost-effective.</p>
