<p>Theme of the bachelor thesis is &quot;The improvement of HRM business-processes in the period of organizational changes&quot;.</p><p>MMV-51 student: Matiyko Ekaterina V.</p><p>Supervisor: candidate of sociological sciences, senior lecturer Gogoleva Anna S.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The purpose of the paper is to develop recommendations to eliminate problems arising in the optimization of HR business processes that occur during the period of organizational changes.</p><p>It is described theoretical principles of the business processes reorganization, approaches and strategies of change management.</p><p>On the example of the organizational changes in the studied company, it is conducted fault finding in the HR-system, analyzed the challenges in the optimization of business processes and provided recommendations to address them.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This thesis work contains 8 tables, 15 illustrations, 62 literary sources.</p><p>Total amount of paper is 99 pages of printed text.</p>
