Young Teachers in the System of Professional Interactions in the School

The research is mainly aimed to find effective means of novice teachers’ integration into the network model of the school’s professional cooperation system. The tasks of the research: - recognize the matter and structure of the professional cooperation system; - determine the role of pedagogical collective’s social stock within this system; - elaborate the network model of the professional cooperation system at school. It is ascertained for the professional cooperation system of the pedagogical collective that: - the matter is a system process of teachers’ cooperation resulting from interaction or grown out of its result; - the structure includes signs; conditions; types of interchange of ideas, volitional impulses, feeling; states, shapes, behaviour. The pedagogical collective’s social stock determines successfulness of novice teachers’ integration into the professional cooperation system by means of teachers’ social roles within the network cooperation. We have already elaborated network model of the professional cooperation and the professional cooperation matrix within methodical associations of teachers. Detectors of the cooperation: general number of network members, density of the network, average extent of the top, a quantity of stable subgroups, their compactness, centralization have been defined. Novice teachers’ and their tutors’ ratings got from the test “The social stock of the educational organization” conducted at Stavropol gymnasia № 9, secondary schools № 21, № 42 were taken into account during the matrix building. The effective means of integration - rendering assistance during analysis and becoming familiar with pedagogical experience; - realization of combined creative measures; - development of copyright team-work educational technologies; - monitoring the integration of novice teachers into the professional cooperation system by means of ‘Portfolio’ and ‘Professional cooperation codewords’ were recommended.
