The transition of Secondary Professional Education Organizations of Moscow Region to the Effective Contract

Annotation Compensation of employees of any sphere always generates a lot of questions and controversial decisions. And if we talk about the pedagogical community, all the more complicated because of the limited resources and the possibility of redeployment. Effective contract - a contract of employment with an employee that specifies the duties, wage conditions, and criteria for evaluating the performance of the destination incentive payments, depending on the results of work and quality of public services and social support. In fact, effective contract is just a metaphor, implying a detailed employment contract. Objective: To compare the working conditions, wages, and the results of work of teachers of educational institutions that have adopted the effective contract with those of teachers who will transition to an effective contract. Research question: What effects can be identified in the work of teachers of vocational educational institutions of Moscow region during the transition to effective contract? References 1. It is necessary to introduce a system of EC in all organizations ACT Moscow region. Since the introduction of the EC a positive effect on non-financial motivation and financial situation of teachers. 2. Work is needed to inform the teaching staff on the effective contract. Awareness moderate impact on the confidence of people in the organization to the EC. The continuation of this study would be to establish an effective influence on the organizational structure of the contract of educational institutions, as can be seen the strong potential of effective contract, part of which was able to identify this study.
