The research is dedicated to the problem of creditors preferences during the bancruptcy of the company. Obtained results revealed, that while choosing between company liquidation and its restructurization creditors ara influenced by their estimations of loss contingency, their used assets market opinion and availability of unsecured loans, provided to the company previously.
