Employment contract with the head of the organisation The development of effective, improved mechanisms and instruments of legal regulation of the head of an organization status should be one of the most important, urgent tasks of the labor law. These issues relate to legal entities of any organizational legal forms and forms of ownership.The relevance of the topic due to the fact that the legal regulation of work of CEO is currently one of the most complex and controversial topics in labour law of Russia. In the light of constantly changing legislation and enforcement practice, at the present stage of development of the economy, these issues become increasingly important and relevant. The aim of this work is the consideration of the peculiarities of the employment contract with the head of the organization. Objectives of the study: − uncover approaches to regulation of work of the head of the organization, the formation of; − to consider the concept of the head of the organization as an individual worker; to investigate the legal status of the head of the organization
