Features of Regulation of the Employees Working in Combination of Jobs

J.I. Ushakova. Features of the Regulation of the Employees Working in Combination of Jobs The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of the employees working in combination of jobs, aimed at revealing current issues linked with combination of jobs and devising ways to develop the legislation concerning combination of jobs. The graduation thesis consists of introduction, two chapters that include six paragraphs, conclusion and list of references. In the first chapter the author provides the legal definition of combination of jobs, points out its main characteristics and analyzes different views on this issue. Furthermore, combination of jobs is compared with other related ways of labour organization. In addition, key development stages of the legal regulation of the employees working in combination of jobs are described. In the second chapter the author gives the theoretical aspects of the regulation of combination of jobs and states the main problems of applying in practice the legal norms of the 44th chapter of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, which regulate employment process, conclusion of employment agreement, its termination, working pattern, and realization of the right to rest. In this thesis the author’s view on the main controversial moments is formulated. Moreover, several ways to improve the labour legislation are suggested. To be precise, the author proposes changing and (or) amending articles 265, 283, 284, 288 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation. The results of this research can be useful for those who are interested in the legal regulation of combination of jobs.
