The abstract of final qualifying work Vlasov M. V. "Antitrust legislation in the sphere of small and average business in Russia". This thesis is devoted to the analysis of the Antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of small and medium entrepreneurship and problematic issues. The urgency of work is caused not so much by the fact that entrepreneurial activity has become a part of our lives, and the fact that problems of unfair competition and other violations of the Antimonopoly law between the subjects of small and medium enterprises are more and more often. Small and medium enterprises is an important element of any economy, without which can not do. The subject of this final qualifying work are early current and existing norms of Antimonopoly and administrative legislation to regulate the activities of SMEs, their interaction with competition authorities, the norms establishing responsibility for offenses in this sphere, as well as the theory and practice of their implementation. Scientific novelty of the qualification work is determined, a comprehensive approach to the study of problems of development of the Antimonopoly legislation in the sphere of SMEs. This approach provides for the allocation and analysis of the regulation of the basic directions that determine the formation of conditions for development of competition law, and is based on the necessity of toughening of control over violations in this area. Based on the analysis made a number of suggestions and practical recommendations on improvement of state regulation of the Antimonopoly legislation in the sphere of SMEs at the present stage. The application of this approach increases the number of regulatory functions of the state and its agencies for SMEs, thereby ensuring the validity and effectiveness of measures of state regulation of entrepreneurial activities.
