Modern trends in the integration of national economies into EEU reveal the need to find the optimal structure of trade relations and to identify the most effective methods of the competitiveness of domestic producers of goods on the market EAEC countries. In this context, the aim of this paper is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages for Kazakh companies planning to enter the market of the EEU, and the development of practical recommendations on future directions of development of Kazakhstan's business within the EEU. Also notes that the further development of the integration of member countries meet their national interests, help reach common objectives to improve the well-being and quality of life, promote sustainable socio-economic development, facilitate all-round modernization and strengthen national competitiveness in the global economy. Master's thesis consists of three chapters that define the structure of the work. The first chapter assesses the integration potential of the economies of the Member States EEU, consider the advantages and disadvantages of integration for each participant country, competitive advantages EEU members in the world economy. The second chapter analyzes the export-import operations in Kazakhstan in terms of integration in the EEU, analyzes the problems of trade and economic cooperation of Kazakhstan within the framework of the EEU, exit to the market problems EEU Kazakhstan companies and the possibility of market expansion The third chapter outlines the key areas of improvement development of trade relations within the common economic space of the EEU, a number of recommendations the implementation of economic mechanisms of interaction and cooperation between states parties and the EEU basic perspective directions of development of Kazakhstani business within the EEU.
