The Influence of Organizational Culture Aspects on Project Success Research

The paper aims to clarify the way in which organizational culture influences a project's success. This topic is relevant due to the fact that by including organizational culture into the project success factors it is possible to offer the managers an additional tool to minimize the risk of the project's failure and lead it to success. However, a problem exists that the subject of relationship between a project's success and organizational culture is not currently well-developed in global theoretical and practical management and the Russian research field on the topic is presented by a few separate works as parts of their respective research papers. The author attempts to identify the aspects of organizational culture that influence the success of Russian projects. The result of the paper is a methodology to assess the influence of organizational culture on projects in different fields of business. The author suggests the need for further approbation of the methodology on projects in other business fields, which can let it be recognized as a viable methodology to be used in any organization.
