Analysis of the State and Municipal Service Providing Mechanisms in Russia

This work is devoted to study the state and municipal service providing mechanisms in Russia. Nowadays the priority direction of the modern Russian state policy is improving public administration. It particularly concerns the improvement services’ quality. Today there are government programs and reforms in our country which determined the development of the state and municipal service providing mechanisms such as the internet-portal and Multifunctional center providing state and municipal services (MFC). However, it’s necessary to form measures to improve their functioning. Relevance of the research is due to the lack of fundamental studies these mechanisms. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the state and municipal service providing mechanisms in Russia and at the regional level and to develop the recommendations for improving these mechanisms. The master thesis contains an introduction, three sections divided into paragraphs, the conclusion, the bibliographical references and applications. The first section is devoted to study the basis for the development the state and municipal service providing mechanisms in Russia. In the second one the modern mechanisms are investigated in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The third section is devoted to study the quality of the state and municipal service providing in the Nizhny Novgorod region and to develop the recommendations for improving the internet-portal and Multifunctional center providing state and municipal services. The conclusion describes the results of present investigation. The general methods of the scientific knowledge such as a comparison method, the methods of induction and analogy have been used at the different stages of present research. As sociological research methods there have been used the individual expert assessment method and the questionnaire survey.
